Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's rooms, with their art and antique furniture booked through Expedia, were fantastic - huge, clean, and comfortable. The service staff deserve special thanks for their professionalism and kindness shown in every situation. The location in the palmeraie is wonderful and well maintained, close to golf courses. The dining experience offered limited, overpriced fare with mainly carb-based options. The facilities were fantastic, but the grass needed cutting and the borders weeding.
Staying at Palais Mehdi was an interesting experience. The spacious and traditionally decorated Executive Suite was a pleasant surprise, but the lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms and the presence of mold at the air condition cover were minor drawbacks. The hotel, mainly offering suites, provides a unique touch for those seeking a luxurious stay.
I absolutely loved the secluded rooms outside of the main building, which added to the charm of the stay. However, the art in the room might not be suitable for families with small children. The hotel was more stunning in photos than in reality, but still lovely.
The hotel's rooms were lovely and exceeded our expectations. However, the service was a bit rude at times. The location was nice for a peaceful stay away from the city, but some amenities were not up to standard. The dining experience was varied and extensive.
The executive suite I stayed in was sumptuous and clean, with unique pieces of art creating a beautiful and tasteful ambiance. The service, especially from our personal driver, was professional and kind in every situation, although at times not easily reachable. The location in the peaceful Palmeraie area was stunning, with a great pool and lovely night entertainment, but some areas like fountains needed freshening up. The dining experience offered cooked-to-order meals, but could improve by adding more fruit options. The overall facilities were well-maintained and delightful.
I was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic, huge, clean, and comfortable rooms in the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, respected our privacy, and were always ready to assist when needed. The location of the hotel is gorgeous, with a great pool and lovely night entertainment options. The variety and extent of dining choices exceeded our expectations. The facilities were top-notch, adding to the overall positive experience.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was huge, clean, and very inviting, with a welcome pack for my girlfriend's birthday, but there was some art that may be offensive/scary to people with small children. However, the rear courtyard was so overgrown with weeds and debris that I didn't want to step outside, let alone sit out there.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were disappointing with issues like rising damp and a bad smell, but the private garden and super king-size bed were nice. The service, on the other hand, was outstanding, especially in dealing with the room problems. The location is peaceful in the Palmeraie area, perfect for a quiet getaway. However, it's a bit far from the city center. The dining options were limited and overpriced, lacking basic breakfast items like eggs and cereal. The facilities were average, with some areas needing improvement.
My stay at the hotel was overall fantastic. The rooms were absolutely breathtaking, luxurious, and beautiful, much better than we had anticipated for our first trip to Marrakesh. However, the initial wait for our rooms was a bit inconvenient. The staff was extremely friendly, respectful of our privacy, and always ready to assist when needed. The location, though requiring a short taxi ride to the city center, was gorgeous with great pool and night entertainment. The breakfast spread was varied and extensive, more than we could eat, but some healthier options would have been appreciated. The facilities were wonderful, especially the pool area where we spent relaxing mornings enjoying the surroundings.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were spacious, traditionally decorated, and had a nice private garden, exceeding my expectations. The service was exceptional, with charming and helpful staff who respected our privacy. The location, although a bit unkempt, offered a unique setting in the Palmeraie, just a short drive from the bustling Medina. The dining experience was abundant, although lacking variety in breakfast options. Overall, a great value for money stay!
